1st BME Alumni Meet 2025
The Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME), MIST, successfully organized the 1st BME Alumni Meet 2025 today in a hybrid format. The program featured networking sessions, departmental updates, and engaging Alumni Spotlight & Open Forum titled “My Journey Beyond MIST.”
The keynote session, titled " My Journey Beyond MIST" was delivered by Syed Muiz Sadat Yashfe (BME-05), currently pursuing his Master’s at Purdue University, USA. He shared insights from his academic and professional journey, highlighting how his time at MIST built the foundation for his current research in microfluidic platforms and nanoparticle synthesis.
There was an Open Discussion, where alumni shared their thoughts and feedback on the development, progress, and future direction of the Department of Biomedical Engineering (BME).
The event provided a valuable platform for experience sharing, professional networking, and exploring future collaborations.
